Goats!

Nigerian Dwarf Goats. My parents just got 3. They were only planning on getting one (they were recently told by a tax assessor that if they were to get a small farm animal like a sheep or goat, they would qualify for some sort of agricultural exemption and save money on their property taxes.), but these came as a set. The goats were raised together and I think their previous owner stay them to stay that way.

This particular breed of goats are known for being very gentle and trainable-they make great pets. I took the kids to go see them and I absolutely agree- these guys are so tame! They love to be petted and will “baa” at you when you walk away from them because they want you to stay.  Also Vincent and goats are the same exact same age. They will all turn 2 in February.

This one is named Simon.

Rusty really like Elora’s hat and kept trying to eat it.  .
