Christmas 2009

You'd think I'd have a lot of pictures to choose from to post here. I don't. I hardly took any. I think being big and pregnant, I didn't get up too much off the couch to snap photos...

Opening the first present. She looks a little intimidated!

Alfred opening the gift I gave him. U2 concert tickets. They'll be in Chicago this July.

The next day we went to Illinois for the Lohman Family Christmas, again I didn't take many pictures. Here's one of Hayley and Elora

Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa with all the grandkids & their signifigant others. (several of us are missing)

With their children and spouses

Here's how Alfred and Elora spent their time, while I put away the Christmas decorations.

Elora is 2!

We did the same thing as when she turned one. Christmas in the morning, then naptime. After naptime, Elora's birthday.

That's Elora's little hand reaching for a cupcake.

Trying to hold up 2 fingers to show she's 2 years old

Elora had her eye surgery on Friday.

It was an outpatient procedure. Her doctor corrected both eyes. She was put under and then they made an incision and repaired (tightened) the muscles. She's doing well, but looks a little scary. The whites of her eyes are red from blood, and will it will probably take a few weeks for it to completely fade. It grosses me out to look at them, but it's one of those things were you can't help but look. yuck. Elora doesn't even seem to notice though. She's acting like her normal little self. And so far, I haven't seen her eye wander once since the surgery.

More California Pictures. Elora's Early Birthday.

Elora had a lot! of fun at her Dora Party. I don't think she actually realized that the party was for her, but she sure liked being there!

Continued from Last Post. Thanksgiving pics

Here are some pictures from the Annual Delgadillo Family Thanksgiving. Sooo much work goes into this, it almost reminds me of a wedding reception. I'm not sure of the exact number of attendees, but its close to 100, I think.
